  1. I use opera mini and prefer it once you are used to it
  2. I used to have the N70 when it first came out. Loved it first time round but then went back to it for a week when I lost my newer charger. It does some rather basic now.
  3. The screen size is perfect for what I need it for. I don't really understand the hype at the moment over touchscreens. I like my N95 8GB because I can do everything quickly pushing physical buttons. I like being able to get on with my day whilst browsing the internet, something that is pretty difficult on devices like the iphone where it is hard to use one handed. The phone is fat but nokia have never been famed for making beautiful devices. IMO only females care about how the device looks (obviously within reason). For me it's all about what it DOES. Oh and with the latest firmware it's pretty quick.
  4. Sounds like you got a bad one but that's not my experience. What model do you have? Delete the messages in your inbox and that speeds things up a lot
  5. Not a problem this year!
  6. I adore saints but an England world cup win would be the pinnacle for me. It's the sense of community that makes England games so special. When there is a really important game England comes to a standstill. Nothing else does that and it's something great.
  7. Do you have the latest firmware? Nokias can do that sometimes.
  8. Has he shouted pass it to Adam yet?
  9. He has been here a week and has assessed the fitness of the players as of the middle of pre-season. That bears little to no resemblance to the majority of last season.
  10. Pardew didn't watch all the games last season though. I did.
  11. No real upgrade to justify the massive price increase though.
  12. Oh definitely. The team lacked direction and purpose last season. Forest had poorer players than us on paper but wanted the ball more. They constantly chased and harried Fitness was a factor though, not sure how anyone could deny that.
  13. Totally agree. It was much the same last year and that's from watching the majority of games.
  14. So you would say we were as fit as under Strachan? We clearly weren't. Did you go to the Forest game?
  15. As I have previously said, fitness clearly was an issue last year (at the very least we weren't as fit as we were in the Strachan days. You just have to look at Forest at home to see we weren't as fit as the teams around us.
  16. It's fine but nothing really groundbreaking. I am quite happy with my N95 8GB so am getting it tomorrow for 80 quid as part of my upgrade and will be selling for a cool 350 quid!
  17. My mate is still adamant that pinnacle had a big backer in the shadows. It would be interesting to know who that was meant to be

League one- you can achieve promotion fairly easily without having to spend much. Premiership- you better get the chequebook out if you want to survive up there.

The bloke has been in charge for a couple of weeks and already you have deduced that he won't spend any money. He isn't spending vast amounts because it would be a silly thing to do.
  20. Because believe it or not, the situation down there is actually pretty interesting. I'm certainly intrigued to see what's going to happen. From the outside looking in it looks pretty dodgy but who knows really?
  21. What's the number for asking?
  22. Ah the infamous press conference thread. I wonder if this will turn out to be that most elusive of things- a press conference thread that correctly predicts a press conference!
  23. Lol. Most people realised that it would make no difference to any outcome
  24. I like not hearing how we are world beaters when clearly we aren't.
