There were bellends on both sides of the culture war trying to score points rather than applaud a good achievement and some positivity. A few people (including the Athletic reporter I believe) have alluded to Ralph not being the best at man management. I believe he isn't the most warm individual and I was told that he treats players differently depending on if he likes them or not.
