  1. And he has been. What's your point? You can criticise Patel as much as you like but calling for her to immediately resign based on accusations alone and before any investigation has taken place is something else entirely. You weren't calling for Corbyn to step down were you based on the many accusations against him?
  2. Of course I have abd I never said bullying was the answer but to suggest that disciplinary action is a failure of management is insane. What sort of management course taught you not to use disciplinary action when warranted? Have you never had to manage a member of staff who was fine up until the point they do something that constitutes a stackable offence? If you subsequently sack them, in what universe is that a failure of management?
  3. Imagine thinking that disciplinary action at work means you haven't managed a situation properly. Goodness me.
  4. Well that's just utter nonsense. Skilful management can be effective at avoiding disciplinary action but it's just not the case that having to use disciplinary action means you aren't a good manager. Sometimes disciplinary action is exactly what is required in a situation and it prevents things from escalating further because the employee tends not to take the p*ss if they know there are consequences to their actions.
  5. That's not true at all. I've had an absolutely shocking member of staff who never took responsibility for anything, alleged bullying, took me to a tribunal and got destroyed. She still felt she was bullied even when it was blindingly obvious to everyone else that she was a terrible employee.
  6. "literally" and it never is.
  7. Definitely weary. Tyson fury's wife did it in an interview the other day which is what reminded me. Good point though I'll bear that in mind.
  8. And as always with these things, it's not as cut and dried as the listen and believe crowd like to claim. We now have ex work colleagues coming out and denying bullying claims and calling her an incredibly Compassionate boss. Doesn't exonerate her of course but thank goodness we don't listen to the reactionary factions who go straight to firing based on an accusation.
  9. Eh? None of them have been found guilty. I never called for Corbyn to be sacked as leader of the opposition- he didn't need my help. You're the one calling for Patel to stand down before she's been found to be guilty anything. Don't try to turn it round and pretend that it's other people who are the hypocrites.
  10. It's a general comment. We all know that if this was Corbyn being accused of this you wouldn't be acting the way you currently are.
  11. I'd rather not simply listen and believe thanks. Let's see what any investigation comes up with and then act after that.
  12. People saying weary when they mean wary. Happens all the time and it's very annoying.
  13. You seem to follow Tommy Robinson very closely. I didn't know anything about that but for some reason you have a keen interest in what he does. It's weird.
  14. I'm sure soggy already knows all the details. He's really interested in him for some odd reason.
  15. Hojbjerg and Bertrand. Ings if the offer is big enough
  16. Yep. Lb, rb, cb and possibly a cm will be our lot.
  17. He's very much a former tory and I'm certainly not.
  18. That counts as mentioning him or Hopkins. That's five times already this year. Obsessed.
  19. Tbf I do find it quite interesting that leading labour figures are calling for Patel to resign on the back of allegations yet are quite happy to dismiss other allegations about bercow and are still clamouring for him to get a peerage. Rather like soggy, it appears that their tolerance for bullying differs depending on who the target is.
  20. No you didn't you said you don't condone vile abuse which wasn't what I asked was it. You clearly don't want to answer because the truth is that you don't mind the likes of farage receiving personal abuse online because you don't agree with his politics. Just be honest about it.
  21. Do you condemn personal abuse suffered by the likes of farage on social media? It's a simple question. You certainly seem reluctant to do so. Why would you criticise Lord duckhunter for showing more sympathy towards Boris than left wing types whilst doing the exact same thing yourself just the other way round? Surely the mantra of #BeKind is to have zero personal abuse regardless of political affiliation?
  22. You have no evidence for that claim.
  23. I saw that Simon warr died last week. Was falsely accused and it ruined his life. Hey its fine to call him a paedo though if we think he did it right?
  24. So you admit that you have a double standard on this? Seems like an odd thing to call out Lord duckhunter for if that's the case. I can quite happy say I unequivocally condemn all personal abuse against someone like Diane Abbott. Can you say the same for Farage?
  25. Well you were implying that Lord duckhunter has a double standard when it comes to criticising behaviour based on political ideology. Presumably you have no such double standard and are willing and ready to condemn the vile abuse of Boris, Priti, farage, etc.
