  1. I didn't say that but there's definitely a story there about the ineffectiveness of woke celebrity endorsements considering the abject failures of lily Allen, Hugh grant, stormsy, Steve Coogan etc.
  2. A fair amount considering she inly had this meltdown after Boris won and she's a progressive champion of the left.
  3. Oh I'm sorry I didn't realise we were in the business of posing bizarre non-sequiturs and then demanding answers. Have you ever visited South America? Answer the question!
  4. This is just bizarre. Again, what is the point you are trying to make here? You're the one who brought up Blair and now you're delving into history to try to talk about the merits and bad points of Tony Blair. Odd.
  5. Every politician anyone has voted for has got things wrong. Why is that in any way relevant to you saying I'd never vote Labour?
  6. Yeah he was wrong. Why are you bringing this up?
  7. What's your point? I vote for who I believe to be best for the country at the time, regardless of their party affiliation.
  8. Apart from when I already have.
  9. Sure it is. Exhibit A ladies and gents.
  10. A really excellent twitter thread from a Conservative MP here. Food for thought for many in Labour I reckon though I doubt they will listen.
  11. He's a million times better speaker than Corbyn and presents himself well which counts for a lot. I take your point though.
  12. A) what does that have to do with the Labour Party? B) what relevance does what a poster says on here have to do with what an elected MP says? Seems like a period of reflection would serve you well too soggy. You've been on the losing side in elections for years now. Clearly your views are not aligned with those of the general public in anywhere near the numbers you think they are.
  13. It won't happen but someone like Hilary Benn would be good.
  14. She would have been a good leader.
  15. It's brilliant that the sensible British public have rejected corbyn and gone for Boris. A vastly superior choice and I'm proud of them.
  16. The manifesto was so popular on twitter I just don't understand what happened.
  17. Have fun with that for five years. Hasn't really worked out well for you during this election.
  18. I expect its because she is criticising and insulting the working class whilst clearly not being working class herself. I'm not sure the working class are going to take too kindly to lectures from the likes of her
  19. Worth posting on here too. Nice one Jezza, you definitely won the argument you doddering fool.
  20. Incredible. These people are certifiably insane.
  21. Their different political views have given Labour their worst defeat in almost 100 years.
  22. Have you been on social media since the result? Did you watch newsnight? Have you been on here over the last few years? This attitude isn't confined to nobody activists, it's an example of a problem that has taken root in a large section of the Labour Party. It's why you have berks like John lansmann who doesn't think Labour need to change at all, they simply need to carry on with what they are doing and it's the electorate and Johnson that are wrong.
  23. What did my point have to do with candidates?
  24. No attempt at empathy, no understanding of why the working class have voted Conservative. Its like the Labour voters on here- voters are thick, uninformed or bigoted in their mind because they resolutely refused to vote the "right" way. It really is pathetic and its why they will keep losing.
