  1. I'm waiting for him to do something kooky like appoint his teenage nephew or go with Nelly.
  2. Yep. Ridiculous strategy really.
  3. It's a great opportunity to strengthen the roster.
  4. Threaten not to buy a saints shirt. That seems to work for other protestors.
  5. I never thought there would be anything that would get me to agree with Nicolas sturgeon...
  6. Tbf people were saying she would be gone before the start of this year and she's still around. I'd back her to stay until they lose the vote in parliament. Least successful pm in history?
  7. Does anyone really listen to anything she says? She's talked a load of uninspiring bollards for two years. She completely contradicted her previous statements with the chequers deal. No one should trust a single word she says. Had she been honest of her intentions at the stay of the process then she would have been out much earlier.
  8. In my opinion many people who voted including most of the people who voted leave will have been thinking from the start of this process that if we are going to leave then we should actually properly leave, take the consequences of what was voted for and embrace future opportunities or stay in. This approach pleases nobody and is clearly inferior to staying in so really we may as well stay where we are.
  9. The preferred option for the EU was always for us to stay in. Staying in has always been on the table and once parliament reject this it will be the only option on the table. Whoever is subsequently in power will then have to deal with millions of people who will feel betrayed by the establishment figures that have pulled out all the stops in order to manufacture this situation.
  10. Lol and only Michael gove from the leave campaign backed the prime minister. I told you he's a complete snake.
  11. Erg backing the party over the country as well. They can f*ck tight off too. When it comes down to it almost all of them have zero principles.
  12. If the only choices available were to stay in or take this deal then I'd rather stay in.
  13. Absolutely spineless cabinet. Shocking abdication of responsibility no matter what side of brexit you are on.
  14. Spare a thought for Little Timmy. He must make do with a generic red and white own brand toothbrush from santa this Christmas instead of the branded one from the official shop and all because the club decided to be complicit in the killing of animals. Timmy is the real victim here.
  15. You're so good and virtuous. Meanwhile the number of lions getting shot in the head per year shows no sign of decreasing.
  16. If you believe that laughing at an ineffective "protest" loudly publicised on here in order to virtue signal is what trolling is then you're welcome to call it that. I bet the club are devestated that an sfc mug will be left on the shelf this Christmas because "Southamptonfc" has taken his brave stand against the evil under armour corporation. Fight the power.
  17. Well that Birmingham 6 can we be really. Sure they are innocent? I mean they were found guilty initially. And had appeals turned down, there's probably a whiff of guilt there.
  18. Why do people keep saying "it's fine" like I haven't already agreed that's its fine? Go ahead and take on Under Armor with your highly courageous decision not to buy a saints shirt- you're perfectly entitled to- just don't throw your toys out of the pram if you don't get the sort of response you were hoping for.
  19. Yes we mustn't lose sight of what's important in all of this.
  20. It's going to be a mess either way. Just imagine they do manage to get another referendum and remain wins. There's going to be millions of massively p+ssed off people that aren't going to just disappear. It's going to be an ugly time to live in this country for the foreseeable future no matter what happens.
  21. I'm going to donate to the latest Tommy Robinson campaign on behalf of "jonnyboy"
  22. Well if your point is that people are free to protest then we agree. Hopefully you also agree that people are free to laugh at such an amusingly ineffectual protest, question its right to be referred to as a protest and be suspicious of the motivation behind such a protest since it doesn't actually prevent a single animal being killed. And if you really can't see the difference between a very brave gesture of defiance in the middle of civil rights era America and Mr Jones from Swaythling not buying Jones Junior an xxxl saints shirt for the season then there's no hope for you.
  23. Cool a civil disagreement on here for once. Cheers.
  24. They aren't stupid they have to know it won't get through parliament.
  25. Well I don't think that's particularly fair. If it was so easy to see such a giant increase in money then all the other leagues would have done it. Under his leadership they've increased the revenues massively and from the clubs point of view I could see why he should take at least some of the credit for that. Its not that I like there being so much money in the game or that I'm glad it's happened but I can see why most of the clubs would view him as worthy of some of the credit for it. The reason that amount is a relative drop in the ocean for them has a fair bit to do with him.
