There's been a load of dross that have managed to be fairly regular goalscorers in the prem. Being a decent finisher and having a bit of strength counts for a lot. I reckon he would be an improvement on what we have.

I think it's reasonable to make certain assumptions about the likelihood of a group to vote based on past history. It's why all parties pander to old people because they've always voted in higher amounts than the young.

I don't really like Galloway but tbf I think he was referring to the fact that there were Israeli flags in the crowd and he objects to support of Israel which he thinks is a racist state rather than Jews in general. It's worse when they do that and then thank you as if you had any choice in the matter.

Even if it was a decisive margin, it is going to be massively less people than the original vote so it won't be accepted by loads of people. I'm not sure how anyone can successfully compromise in a way that doesn't make both sides hate whatever they come up with- as May has shown.

Let's just suppose there is another referendum and remain wins. No one seriously thinks that will just be the end of the matter and we can move on do they?
