they have, so are we. Will have few more twists and turns. We have the quality and think are in best position. fingers crossed
-
ok, since Fergie has been there they have improved their goal difference on ours by 2 goals - but we have gained more points!
-
One of my stats! From another thread today but shows we have reason for confidence, it was in reply to concerns about how the new Peterborough under Fergie are doing great..:
-
Fergie been there for 14 games He has done excellently. 14 games, 41 goals for, 18 against, amazing 29 points. However, Saints last 14 games, 32 for, 11 against, 30 points.
-
rather than Lambert, Lallana, Ox-C, Barnard and Guly being poor thing playing 3 less games is bigger reason why we are 5 points behind 2nd
-
you are right. We should have sold Lallana and Ox-C and bought...er....??? We should have spent £5m on CMS and not played either Barnard (11 in 17) or Guly (6 in 14)
-
You are in awe of Peterborough, saying they are great and we are not as we are only 3rd top scorer and they are top - if you want to base things on one stat, try goals against? Puts us 2nd and Peterborough are going to get relegated! This isn't fantasy football and about changing a whole team each window.
-
are you serious? We started the season with our first choice pairing being Lambert league top scorer last season with 29, and Barnard, 4th top scorer last season with 24 Offensively lagging behind this season? Top away scorers in division Lambert 16 in 33 Barnard 11 in 17 Lallana 7 in 22 Ox-C 8 in 20 Guly 6 in 14 Chaplow 4 in 20 Hammond 4 in 28 5 forwards with quality and strike rates most forwards would be happy with.
-
3 new this season 7 new last 2 with us before that. Hardly team that either needs to spend more or one slow in signing players
-
most recent starting 11: Davis, Butterfield, Fonte, Jaidi, Harding, Chamberlain, Chaplow, Hammond, Lallana, Barnard, Lambert - which are cheap options?
-
sums up - all needs to be said!
-
think aap3 should have done some advertising / sponsorship work to get their name better known before they took out a sponsorship deal.
-
main reason would be, by far, the bad start - Pardew then Wilkins, for whatever reasons
-
attacking wing play for the win, poor maths to go 3rd (thought Peterborough were on 64!)
-
comfortable win to go 3rd
-
think he means he hadn't seen them on MOTD

Adkins update: Adkins will be without both Morgan Schneiderlin and Oscar Gobern for Saturday's game, but remains focused on the bigger picture of having a team that can challenge during the run-in. "It's fair to say that we are short of regular midfielders with Oscar having been sent off and Morgan being injured, but we have got players in the squad who can play in midfield and who have played in midfield before, so we can adapt to that. "We have been actively searching on what is available out there from a midfield point of view, but we won't do anything for the sake of it, whoever comes in has to help the club and the team and fit into what we are trying to achieve. I'm sure there will be plenty of names that will be touted around between now and when the loan window shuts (next week), but until someone signs a piece of paper, that is exactly what it will be, pure speculation. "I'm sure everyone is well aware of how, in this modern era, players are linked to clubs, maybe it is other people's doing, but it is pure speculation and we will have to live with that. "We are looking forward to the remaining fixtures, we have goals in the team and we have a good defensive record, but most important is that we have a united team."

you do have that right, but unless you want to appear a bit of a sad loon suggest you keep it a secret!
-
think you may have gone bit crazy! disappointed by a sponsor! lol
-
wish we had the depth of Brighton or Peterborough or Huddersfield or B'mth
-
underwhelmed! Is there a sponsor that would have got you excited ffs!
