This needs to be kept in perspective. He may have a 5 year plan which impresses and intends to deliver entertaining football of an ever increasing level, winning lots of games, big crowds etc - but one newspaper is having to buy photos. I am not happy with him at all.

saints goals are on football league show, sky sports news, meridian tonight, south today, bbc website etc. If anyone wants to see goals they can (or even go to the games!). The echo's finances are hugely effected by the club and its coverage - hence being main part of the paper. People buy the echo to read interviews by players, subjective reports etc - which may not be available elsewhere. I seriously doubt if the lack of photos puts off one paying customer - or once they have bought the paper disappoints one reader. Reporters are not banned. Non issue and time to enjoy the winning streak and support the club not whinge like a 3 year old girl. All imho of course!
