agree with this. team are winning, we have team with likes of Lallana, Ox-C etc to enjoy, No Lowe/Wilde/Crouch type continual self publicity seeking interviews. Maybe we don't warm to him but I pay to watch the team not him.

Didn't see Palace much last season, but Warnock saw him as first choice for RB in CCC and if you read their forums they rated him highly

Butterfield played 41 times for Crystal Palace last season. Middle of January they were 8th, 1 point off play offs. He was one of their better players - in the championship. (only changed when went into admin) He is only 30! Why less than year later is he suddenly not good enough for Championship? Cline played a fraction of Butterfield's games - even their website says he was used sparingly.

when Jaidi is your 4th choice CB in league 1 I would say we have plenty of strength in depth there!

would take serious problems and drop in form for us not to be at least in play offs. Top possible, 2nd to 4th very likely imho.

Think the defence is very strong in depth - as it was at the start of the season. Midfield - would be nice to add a central figure of chapmionship level to be first name on team sheet but can't complain CM - Hammond, Morgan, Chaplow, Wooton - plenty. Wide - Lallana, Puncheon, Ox-C, Holmes, Dickson, Bignall, Forward - Lambert, Barnard, Guly, Connolly, Bignall The 4th/5th choice forwards aren't great (in not proven or injury prone) but Ox-C and Lallana can also move up there and do. Would be happy if there were no more transfer windows.

another CM as well as Chaplow?

Is there much wrong with our squad? during the transfer window some posters were moaning that our squad was not strong enough and needed several signings - saying it was weaker than last year. I felt we needed a combatative CM, another forward, and impact/speedy sub winger. Thought that impact sub could be Ox-C. All of those have now been addressed. I am happy with the squad. Do you think its short of strength anywhere?
