maybe but hardly warranted a "just not good enough" rant!
-
The voice of the fans was on solent tonight moaning that averaging over a point a game away from home and winning at home "just isn't good enough". Think it probably would be!
-
or just not having good game?
-
my response to other thread applies before Adkins L 0-1 W 2-0 D 1-1 L 0-1 W 4-0 L 0-3 L 0-2 L 0-1 since L 0-2 (in post for about a day!) d 0-0 w 1-0 d 1-1 w 2-0 w 2-0 l 0-2 w 2-1 w 3-1 w 4-0 w 2-0 Since he has been here only Brighton have done better. So results - yes. Signings - Chaplow - yes

blame Pardew or Wilkins or NC - not Adkins he has us at the top since here.

I doubt any manager wins all the dressing room. There was a profile on Ferguson the other day on radio, when he said fans comment on one or two decisions managers make not realising the hundreds they do and how little fans understand. The amount of times decisions are slated about player being dropped etc only for us to find out they were injured etc. The best way to judge is results - yesterday was a failure. The results since he came in, particulraly on the back of how we were doing before him - show cause to suspect he knows what he is doing.

some games I am sorry I missed - not this one! Don't feel sorry for me, the radio and some diy was fine thanks.
-
not working for me
-
think it really tightened up for while when Adkins came in
-
you try to help some people...
-
twice in one thread! Those last 11 games - a decent amount of time for a team - is probably about the best, or second to Brighton. Not the mid table performing team you are enjoying crowing about.
-
think there is lot of luck involved with kicking a goalscorer into a good run. His passing etc was not great last season, there were games when he was quite poor - but then did his job by scoring -then all is forgiven
-
Puncheon, easily. Richardson / Butter possibly. Barnard Morgan.,
-
this bit is saying how badly the team is doing and was correcting you
-
Antonio only started 14 league games, getting two assists. Don't think him going is a significant factor in Lambert's form
-
disagree. Think more than that but lacking consistency
-
the ginger manager (forgotten his name!) said on solent that Reading didn't want him to go on loan unless was starting 11

Lallana Chamberlain Lambert Morgan Chaplow not particularly negative / defensive players?
-
before he started scoring for fun he started his career in midfield I believe, hence not scoring many in early/mid 20s
-
for me.. Guly / Barnard Lallana (any two of, but prob first two at mo) Chaplow/Hammond/Morgan Puncheon Dickson Seaborn Fonte Richardson
