well put. agree manager appointment, optimism and stability are the keys to move forward. Teams often do well on smaller budgets with those factors. I wouldn't be surprised if there was not a payment due on Schniederlin - the release spoke about a price that could rise to, rather than rising to - and doubt the factors of his appearances, club success, internationals or whatever have been hit to require more!
