With benefit of TV replays the JRod decision was marginal at best, in real time,I can't help but think the refs assistant was guessing at best when he put the flag up! Have to say that whilst being a ref is a thankless task, they get paid well enough these days to be better than what both teams had to put up with yesterday.

I for one consider the Chairmen to have done what most businessmen would have done and ensured that the deal benefitted the the club as much as possible, unlike a previous incumbent who knew the price of everything but the value of nothing.... Gareth Bale for instance and no sell on clause!!!

Yep and I believe they have to spend big money on the Olympic Stadium to accommodate its football and athletic capabilities and that due to a recent deal with British Athletics they won't be able to play any pre-season friendlies at OS due to Athletics events being held in July and early August. If you consider what has happened to both teams since the half wits from down the road allegedly buried a shirt at St.Marys, I suspect we will produce the next Lionel Messi from our Academy in the next couple of years!!!

I wish Chappers well for the future, his contribution to helping us get to where we are will never be overlooked or forgotten. As for Forren, well I think most of us felt that something wasn't quite right given the defensive issues we had towards the latter stages of the season and he still couldn't get a game!!

As there is little information that comes directly from the club itself, any information is always interesting no matter where it comes from and just adds a bit of spice to the day. believe it or not there are newspapers who derive income from doing nothing more than many posters on this forum and of course we always believe what we read don't we! Just wear an old Saints shirt mush, no one gets barracked or castigated for not wearing the latest shirt, it's the club and players we support and we are all in it together. A kit won't make that much difference at the end of the day it's SFC we all love end of.
