I don't have it in for Davis. He's a workhorse and does well with ability he has. But he does play as an attacking mid most of time so should be making and scoring a lot more imo.

It's games like this that make you realise if we want to push on as a club Steven Davis just isn't quite there in terms of ability. Massive missed chance and then if he had played decent ball to long when one on one we'd have won.

Yes just seen that in echo I stand corrected. Before people jump on pelles back must remember he's been injured for a while now. Before that he was brilliant, 9 in 21 games isn't bad at all.

Nowhere does Koeman say he's out for a few weeks. He said he's been struggling with injury for a few weeks.

Looking at clasie career he hasn't struggled with injuries. Cramp isn't definitely poor conditioning tho. Also, if you have had cramp no reason you can't recover in a couple of days.

Oh come on. Vic has been brilliant for 2 years and been much better than the others. A team of Davis and longs wouldn't get you too far.

Long was brilliant but he's never scored more than 7 even in the championship so don't get carried away. Pelle has had an injury since start of November so don't overdo it.

I've seen no evidence of jwp being good defensively. For me he's a poor player who should be in a lower league.
