He could put a negative spin on just abut anything so this doesn't surprise me at all. He was in meltdown when we had out dodgy run at the turn of the year.

Who do you want to go up to and down from the Premiership?
L1Minus10 replied to SaintBobby's topic in The Saints
Up Saints of course Reading Brighton I work in Brighton and all the fans I speak to don't want to go up as they think they're not ready for it and would get completely battered. I hate Poyet but it would be good for the 3 Southern clubs to go up. Down Wolves Wigan Spurs (ok, Bolton) -
Wasn't it originally called 'Silly *****'.... might be getting confused there... Think I am... 'Silly Thing' by the Sex Pistols was originally 'Silly *****'

He's better off getting out of Chelsea anyway as it's a young players graveyard and always will be while Abramovich is there. Having said that, he'll be lucky to find a club above League 1 level as he was ********.

He's a decent left sided centre back. Ideal cover for Jos.

In the first half when he was getting all the stick he was actually being quite disciplined. We had Morgan in defensive midfield role and Lallana, Hammond and Guly left to right in front of him. Whenever Hammond went forward, Guly sat in and likewise when Richardson went forward. He was always looking round for a hole to fill in a defensive role which he has obviously been instructed to do. OK, he falls on his arse or gives the ball away and people have a go but as far as his positioning was concerned, he was doing what he was told to do. The catalyst for him playing better and the midfield functioning better was when Cork came on and Guly went up front. The stick he gets is ****ing ridiculous considering his record this and last season. If he'd missed the sitters that Lallana missed against Ipswich it would have been mental.

Trouble is... we'll be unable to flog off a few of those who are not getting a game. For example, Butterfield has just signed a new deal for next year and you can guarantee that he'll be on more wedge than he'll get at another NPC club, likewise Barnard, Harding so we're unlikely to move them on if they are in fact deemed surplus to requirements. I'm not talking about new players - makes you sound like Fat Sam Allardyce.

Disappointing. Having got in front it was gutting to give away such a preventable goal. Jos should never have let him have the ball in the first place and then someone slipped over. Then the bastard hit a superb shot. Guly wasn't too bad - just played too narrow. I suspect he was instructed to do so. SDR was obviously told to go wide and we scored from that. I have issue with the 3rd sub. Why change it - we're 1-0 up and Ipswich hadn't got near our goal for about half an hour. We're ****ing about trying to get into the diamond formation and they score.

I'd say that Jonno Forte has contributed more than Holmes as he scored 2 vital goals when we needed them. Holmes has contributed absolutely nothing of note in 4 years. Great when we're 3-0 up already but just never does enough (Watford at home, Forest away this season). Has ability sure but nowhere near good enough for regular Championship football.

Harding is a poor defender - gets caught out of position without the pace to recover and in the air he's just so weak it's embarrassing. Dickson isn't great but if Fox was out long term then I'd recall and play him before Harding.

Get in.... how the **** did we win that

Doesn;t sound like the case in Hamble but some parents are such ****s. I nearly hit a 2 or 3 year old in St Johns Road in Hedge End in the summer. Mother chatting away about 100 yards away, kid tries to cross the road on her own. Screeched to a halt and luckily she turned round and went back. Absolutely crapped myself and couldn't sleep for a week afterwards. What I bawled in the face of the mother isn't repeatable on here. Tragic for the Hamble girl and all involved. RIP.
