I play 6 aside football, and one season the team we were playing on the last day failed to show up. They decided that the fairest way to get a result would be to use the same result as when we'd played earlier in the season. On that occasion we lost 9-4 which meant we lost 9-4 again on the final day. It was hard to take, but it seemed fair so we accepted it. The other team were very pleased and leap-frogged us into the final promotion spot without actually bothering to play. Has a situation like this ever occoured in the Football League?

Right, I want to go skiiing sometime towards the end of the year (around about 10-20th December). Can anyone reccommend any good ski resorts which are almost guaranteed to have ski-able snow at that time of year? Never had any problems with playstation controllers. In fact just the other day I found my old ps1 controllers and they still worked fine. Sorry it that wasn't the news you wanted to hear. Having said that, I dont play a huge amount.

Can you change the forum so that you can see the main board when you're not logged in? I know this was originally done to make the board work better in busy periods, but it puts a lot of new people off the site. I directed someone here the other day, and they didn't even realise there was a main board until I explained that they had to sign up and log in first. Surely, seeing as 99.9% first visit this site to see Saints related stuff, it'd make more sense to have it so that the main board WAS visible and all the others weren't? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, how come even when I'm signed in sometimes I still cant see the main board? I usually have to log in, go into another forum and then go back again before I can see it.
