This group format of only losing 8 from the 24 nations after 3 games is bollox. The big nations can turn up at 60% and qualify at a stroll. Many games have been turgid, essentially don’t lose and you’ll more than likely qualify. There’s been few high quality games and many games had pre-season feel to them. The competition starts for real on Saturday.

No matter what the managerial changes that may or may not occur, there's a very good chance we will be relegated at the end of the 24/25 season. RM is still growing as a manager, we know he can get a team out of the Championship given the right players, ideally he's given the space to experience a full Premier League season so if we are relegated he gets to at least the following Christmas to show we're on target to be promoted back in to the PL. Second season in the PL with the right resources will be where he has to really prove himself.
