As for me. I'm just sick of Ralph deliberately dropping experience and fielding a weakened side. He appear to have a problem with picking established players. And we are being punished as a result.

Making bold and unusual decisions if fine if it turns out to be hidden genius. Sadly at present Ralph just looks clueless and his decisions insanity.

Ralph is all talk and is trying to look smart by picking youngsters. So if it works he can be smug. Sadly that ego experiment may result in us going down.

If it wasn't for Stephens this would still be nil nil. Blame for picking the player who's mistakes have cost us points recently lays squarely with Ralph.

Time spent analysing isn't going to suddenly improve our quality sadly.

Whilst also making it even more shocking that we lost twice to a team as bad as Cardiff.

Starting to look like Championship next season. We've failed to beat or lost to the worst teams around us. We don't look like scoring and we can't defend when the going gets tough. Hard to see a way out of it with a squad thin on quality.

We've now failed to beat Burnley, Palace and Cardiff. Some of the poorest teams in the league. I think we can safely say we have one of the weakest squads in the league now. Even weaker after January window.

Knee jerk to say we are going down but if you can't score or defend.. at this stage of the season in our position. Against a rival. Doesn't bode well..

Total lack of sharpness up front without Ings and Gabiaddini. Contained comfortably by them really.. Need to mix it up second half of lose to a break away or set piece goal.

Long had an unusual off day yesterday in terms of his usual 110% energy level. He's never going to be a goal scorer or top class. But he does offer something no-one else has, genuine pace. But he was poor yesterday and seemed to be just trying to win free kicks and complaining.

Couple of times he nipped in with important interceptions yesterday and grew into the game. Hopefully he can keep growing, we need him to!

2 games against rivals both draws. We needed to win at least one of them. .
