I don't know why people throw in examples like this. CMS fails, Lambert succeeds, Pilkington succeeds, Doyle fails, plenty inbetween like Long. You can find countless examples of succeeding and failing. It has absolutely zero bearing on whether Rhodes will succeed. It's all down to his ability and mentality. Rhodes is far more of a team player, has more composure and workrate than CMS and doesn't just look to shoot every 5 minutes.
I'm sure he'll be a success, but if he isn't, it won't have anything to do with CMS or any other player.
