Fair enough - I know there was 2,500 left a couple of days b4 game (see thread below) + I also saw empty seats (quite a few on the day) and my mate + 3 got tickets on the day. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=20118 BUT if you say it sold out then it must have - so case closed. still dont think we will ever sell 50k + for a JPT final

Funny - my mate managed to get ticket(s) on the day and I saw quite a few empty seats (maybe everyone was buying a pie at the same time?)

Did we even sell out for the Pompey game? If we cant sell 28k for a home game against our rival I doubt very very very much that we could sell double that for a game vs Carlisle!

The Administrator may (hopefully) send on-loan players back to their parent clubs to cut the wage bill! Fingers crossed!

The Norwich win aside, we are still very much in a poor run of form. Your nagging doubt probably isnt helped by the fact that we have failed to win 17 out of 29 league games (60% of league games this season we have failed to win) I too have nagging doubts, but as ever I will remain positive.

Been bottom 3 or 4 all season - poor side, with a squad that cost zero, ziltch, nowt. l2 for them next year fo sho. Should be a walk in the park tonight - they have lost heavy at home recently and another big defeat could hopefully be on the cards. The lost 4-1 to Yeovil at home (4-0 away) recently and lost 5-2 at home to Brighton a few weeks back! They did however (somehow) beat Millwall at home so this will give the 'happys' something to hold on to if the unthinkable did happen. COYR we need (have) to win this.

Is that right? a 9 point penalty doesnt seem much considering they are likely to go down anyway!? Relegated by 1, 2, 10 or 19 points makes no ends - they should be punished next season if relegated without deductions this season? If they did manage to get enough points this season, then hit them with the 9 immediately. That was the rule for us!
