Both should have been asked “do you want to stay”? If/when they say no then find a club to buy them or loan them out asap. If it means selling at a reduced rate then so be it. Failing that you stick them in the reserves until they show willing to play for the club. Having players that want away both training with the squad and making the 1st team gives a very bad message to the ‘willing’ players. I don’t know the whole story so its maybe unfair to criticise – just surprised that its still ongoing with only a few days of the window left open. AP would have been better making an example of these two - imo

Very surprised that AP has allowed this situation to drag and annoyed that this is now potentially impacting any new signings. AP should have learnt his lessons long ago, but Stern John and now R&R makes me worry that he's not as savvy as maybe he should be? I will need to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this has not been dealt with brilliantly.

Thankfully the HC gang is getting smaller and the excuses more laughable. Keep seeing the same HC representatives posting carp like we were in administration bla bla bla......so what! Leeds were in administration few years back – there handicap was bigger than ours (-15) yet they managed to win all there first 7 games and won 11 of the first 13 (draws in 2) in contrast we have done nowt – 2 poxy points and very poor performances. Stockport are in a similar position (arguably worse) yet they have won a game this year – just tired of excuses from the same old boring HC’s

Nobody can find it, because nobody has said it (unless obviously tongue in cheek) the HC's will twist and lie to suit an agenda.......2 points from 12 justifies our frustration - if the HC's aren’t disappointed then there is something wrong.

The happy clappys seem to like to make things up and put words into peoples mouths - I imagine this will get worse as excuses are beggining to run out and seem more obscure! Rather than answer questions they just open a new thread with the latest radical rational for **** football.

? Ap said he wanted top 2! The only people that think we should struggle are the happy clappers on here! Yes we were in admin - so what. Look at Leeds couple of years back and Bournemouth last...... Make excuses if it makes you feel better. Even without the -10 we are in the relegation zone - that's unacceptable and inexcusable!

The happy clappers will soon arrive with reasons (excuses) for the poor start. We need to improve quickly or it's yet another season of let down.

One or two exceptions but after 8 games teams who win most are generally the best teams! Excuses are getting weaker....

Ap needs to quit making excuses and start delivering results. 6 players signed now and after 4 games we have -8 points. Doesn't matter what way you cut it - very very poor.

Can't we ban happy clappers?

Hate to say I told you so, but..... Took too long to realise team was **** and then took and still taking too long to replace. Needed to react much quicker but didnt - big shame and onother season wasted! Happy clappers will no doubt remain happy - tools!

all sounds very weird and atmosphere must have been terrible. no doubt the players were effected. Lowe is a strange guy - lets hope he keeps away from football now and doesnt let lightning strike twice

bit of a worry that AP has worked "non stop" trying to sign a CB and when he does he signs some unknown, unproven youngster on loan!? Keeps talking about team needing experience but then looks to give other teams unexperienced players some experience. Hope he knows what he's doing........Preston fans seem to have mixed opinions. ahh well I will give him a chance - still think we need another CB (Jaidi mold) losing both Perry and Thomas from the team would be good.
