Paul Tisdale has just been completing the first part of his UEFA Pro Licence at Warwick University with peeps like Hart, Di Matteo, Adkins, Poyet and Staunton....This is an elite coaching badge....He completed his A licence in 2007....Whilst on the course a second year course group arrived and this included Southgate. Tisdale will now complete 240 hours various criteria over a period of time.. including a one week visit to an overses club... John Yemms and his second in charge are also looking at other players at other clubs friendlies.
