Paul Tisdale still looks to be a possible for Saints..Appears to have dropped out of the running for Reading..He was in shortlist of five with Darren Ferguson, Eamon Dolan, Brendan Rogers and Roberto Martinez. Martinez to Wigan or Celtic? Leaving Rogers for Reading job. Tisdale would be very good for Saints if it were possible under new owners/MLT. Dean Moxey Left Sided player who would have been very good for Saints looks almost certain to be going to Derby for 300 or £350,000.

My view is that he has always attempted to be some sort of fans leader/spokesperson. With his love for Saints..I would have hoped he would be at the head of the Saints fans supporting our future....His games remind me of the way he supported Rupert..Fair enough but I expected Nick to be supporting our prospective purchaser.....In my opinion YOU know well what this is all about and Nick is playing a silly game as he will lose his last few supporters...[-X

I find it sad the way Mr Illingworth is going. I would have thought being the big Saints fan I know he is..he would be supporting anything Saints for the future. Get the squad together as soon as possible..organised and above all else FITNESS.. Our squad have never attained a level of fitness pre season for a while. Some players never seemed to get really fit due to missing the full pre season fitness programme...ala Skacel and that is why he never really showed his true worth.. A good coach/coaching team....Recruit sooner than later..Hopefully already primed...Sorry Mr Wotte, not you.

I would suggest that footballing decisions will be made now or...Hopefully by MLT very soon... i CAN'T SEE how we can wait until the owner takes over weeks down the line In MLT I trust. I assumed that MLT would be A Director of Football/ Manager with a proper football coach and team running the sides throughout the club. No Wotte in my view. Lynam would be as suggested the conduit between Footbal boss MLT and owner with various others in the right chairs...

Ok We accept 1.2 mil and throw BWP in as well to make the deal happen. Like most the new Manager/ Coach and new owner will make the final decision. He has domestic situation back in Nottingham and I feel he wants back to that part of the world...His career also in a higher league will be important....Anything over a million will be a good deal for Saints.

Anthony Salz is first and foremost a fan. He attends all games as a fan. He has worked tirelessly to support this club and bring peeps together for the good of the club. Fans mentioned he should be Chairman....Although a very good shout, I would suggest he will, like the majority of fans just feel very very relieved that there is light at the end of a very long tunnel..In my view he will be welcome at Southampton Footbal Club, anytime and in any capacity..Onwards and upwards. Glad to see that Uncle Leon is still wanted.....I hope that both he and Anthony Salz will be a part of this football club for many years to come....Credit being bandied about by some...It is heroes like MLT, Leon, Anthony and Ottery that are real Saints. Before you ask I have been down that church praying everyday for Lynam and Co....I have turned into a Saint in more ways than one.....Not much of the old hooch left in the locker...The religous one keeps asking where his wine has vanished toooooo.
