Is it Play up Pompey OR Pay up Pompey? The problem Pompey have....apart from a poor foootball team.. Is the lack of funds coming in.. Many season tickets given away..... Many freeeebie tickets given out.. Each home game is not returning much in the way of cash.. Once again HMRC will have to beg for their dosh...if history anything to go by..

Hope Corky makes a sound recovery and signs a big contract. We need Jack Cork , Victor Wanyama , Morgan , Steve Davis , JWP in our squad/team. Not selected by Saints and attempting to get picked up by Saints , Bournemouth and Pompey... I believe he had a broken leg?......Not selected by any pro team and ended up playing for Dorchester then Weymouth and transferred to Spurs for 30,000. Martin Chivers....Taunton school and susequently Saints nursery before playing for Saints as 18 year old and then transfer to Spurs..(Frank Saul from Spurs as part of deal.. I was aware of Graham Roberts failing to get a pro contract at Pompey but not Martin Chivers before going into Saints Nursery. You all know that Darren Anderton Bitterne Park School Southampton schools but not selected by Saints and ending up being signed by Pompey..

I am extremely pleased and grateful that Mauricio POCHETTINO is Saints Manager/Coach. Masterstroke by Mr Cortese in obtaining his services. Hopefully MP will be here for a few more seasons yet. Hopefully Ms Liebherr will continue in the chair and make this so for the mighty Saints.:) Not really bothered what non Saints supporters OR silly little WUM think or say.. Onwards and upwards.

Roy should have stepped in straight away......regardless of Wiltshire wanting to come back on... The lad should NOT have hobbled off...should have been carried...enough players to sub there and then. Still more than happy with the Saints. More than enjoyed the season so far. Great credit to all those concerned.. Pity about some of the results...but will easily be pleased with a few more wins in the coming games. Watched the highlights and Pompey looked half decent and made a few chances that were wasted. BUT Chesterfield were really poor and allowed Pompey all the room and space to play.... There was definitely something wrong with Chesterfield.....Hope all the players just had an off night:rolleyes:
