Fulham basically rebuilt our old structure with ex-Saints staff. They always have a very good academy because of it.

To your point, the team certainly benefitted from having “older heads” in it. I’m sure we’ll go younger next season. I expect Abu to leave - too good for PL2 and I would imagine not quite good enough *yet* for the championship, but I expect him to work his way up - see Kayne Ramsay.
