I would imagine signing Gibson / Mawson / Diakhaby would be much more 'us' than signing Evans. Will be interesting to see if there's a change in policy under Hughes.

Yes, but the £30m/£40m price is somewhat laughable. I'd start with a £4.5m offer to pay their HMRC bill and see what they say. Grealish looks good but Maddison seems to offer more end product.

I was weirdly surprised they signed Afobe up because I expect them to go crazy. I thought he'd be one of those signings to get them over the line in the championship & then they just don't take up the option. (Bit like Billy Sharp for us, although I hate saying that because I loved Billy Sharp!)

I don't take that team seriously because Jermain Wright or Lee Todd are not included.
