Jurgen Klopp: Liverpool manager says club have spoken to transfer targets "The world is not full of players who will make us better immediately but clearly there are a few out there," said German Klopp. "We have spoken to them. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39973999 I await Liverpool's bid for VVD next week

probably not but then I doubt the players that were dropped so they could play were happy either. Are any players happy when they don't play? Its why its a bit of a nonsensical argument which teams in the league have a squad of players who are happy when they don't play or get dropped?
-
Couldn't be arsed first half they barely closed us down. second half when they decided to actually have a go they pinned us back hence the saves from Forster.
-
Clasie was good for half a game at westbrom ( when they couldn't be arsed) and faded in the second half. He is also quite often blowing out his arse by about 65 minutes. He is a poor player (can't believe he was touted as Morgan's replacement) who I hope we will get rid of this summer we clearly only signed him because of Koeman. Romeu has no trouble holding down his place and for good reason. Jrod to despite a couple of cameos he has been **** poor and is another player I hope we are looking to upgrade this summer regardless of who is manger next season I guess they will be upset at not playing but frankly I'd of been ****ed if they had been regulars in the match day 11 all season because neither of them are good enough imo
-
Davis is captain in the absence of VVD so not dropping him is understandable. With regards to Tadic his one of the few creative players we have yes he has been poor but in a team struggling for goals are we going to create anything putting Jrod or Clasie in the team in his place. I doubt it. Bournemouth away aside Jrod has been a pile of turd this season and Clasie looked good in one half against a west brom team who couldn't be arsed. The only real option for replacing Tadic and keeping some creativity is Boufal but he has been poor up until the man u sub appearance when actually had some impact after coming on.

Half decent player this week the way transfer fees are going that will get you George Boyd next week.
-
We'll considering the press are saying players are unhappy about lack of game time you'd think they'd welcome the rotation so the could all get to play not be unhappy about it... The press is also saying players are unhappy that some players always get picked but only three players always got picked Romeu, VVD (before his injury) and Forster.
-
Yeah I forgot Romeu Puel is a right **** for playing him over the likes of Clasie and Hoj....
-
Exactly Pellegrini has just finished taking his Chinese team to 7th in a 16 team league I doubt he has an interest returning to the boring old PL now he us ripping up China.
-
Imagine if we got rid of Puel and promoted Black ....
-
It's weird both Hazard and Henry have both praised his methods maybe Puels methods work best on world class players ?
-
It only works if you bring Sammy Lee back to..
-
The papers state the players are unhappy and not starting and that certain players always get picked despite form. I'm intrigued to know who these always get picked players are? The only players who seem to have got constant game time ( considering Puel has been criticised for to much rotation) are Davis and Forster and the back four. So who are the players who think they should be starting in front of others every week?
-
Apparently he did change his training methods this season in attempt to combat fatigue http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/kyle-walker-says-tottenham-manager-mauricio-pochettino-not-demanding-this-season-1607995

Weren't you banned from here for most of Koeman's tenure.....
-
According the article he left them because he didn't like the new contract on offer.
-
We'll if he is considering his future career I doubt Watford is that appealing unless he hopes to be out of job after 12months. I can't imagine to many managers will see Watford as a great move as they like to sack someone every few months.
-
I'm pretty sure no one is blaming the fans for this season..

Gabbi keeps making the runs but some of our players don't seem to be quick enough in thought to pick him out. Also unlike Pelle or Lambert Gabbi doesn't seem to want to play like an old school CF instead of going for the ball he goes for the space it would help if his teammates hit that space rather than trying to hit his chest/head.

End of an era - the last man to play at the Dell retires
doddisalegend replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
Retired I think didn't he finish his career at Brighton? -
I'm hoping the club are going to get in Roberto Martínez young, loves attacking football, thinks defending is for ****s should make for a much more entertaining season.
