A good passing team might be able to pass their way out of Liverpool's press with quick accurate one touch passing...sadly we are not a good passing team at the moment.

In fairness both Morgan and victor missed games because they weren't mentally on it. If Fonte is hoping to move in Jan will he really put 100% in to it and risk a transfer destroying injuy?

TBF things would look better with Austin and Boufal available. I really hope the club are looking an extra option up front this Jan.

What's our conversion rate between shots attempted and goals actually scored I reckon it must be a lot lower than last season. It feels like we need a bucket load of chances to get one goal while the opposition seem to be far better at converting their chances against us this season.

Only if the can get their money back on him. That's two clubs who have spent around 30 million for him and they both got very little in return I can't imagine to many teams will be willing to give Palace enough money for Benteke to buy 3 other good players to replace him.

Its amazing really that mid table PL clubs are prepared (possibly) to pay such big fees for players the big clubs have generally not improved, don't won't to play and don't even want on their wage bill.
