I can't see how those two are getting mentioned in the same breath. with Southampton now considering either Eddie Howe or the Sevilla manager Unai Emery as his replacement.

I say this all the time it's not people leaving my club I'm bothered about it happens all the time in football...what I do expect is people to do it right and be honest and up front. Quite a lot of these players and managers moving on to better things have got there because Southampton football club gave them a chance to showcase their talents so show my club a bit of respect when you go. If you can't don't expect me to show any respect in return...simple as.

We don't need loyalty, its an old concept, who wants some manager who feels in his comfort zone with a job for life feeling? 2-3 seasons of hungry, ambitious mangers with something to prove would probably suit us better.

There really aren't long term managers in modern football 3 seasons is a long time these days.

Are they their best players both have suffered from being massively over hyped as is the way with young english talent these days.
