After the West ham game I think it might be difficult for RK to drop anyone. Best case scenario would be to get an early lead of 3-0 and introduce some of the new boys in the second half. Last season their wasn't much beyond the starting 11 to pick from but right now I'm not really sure what our best 11 is.

I'm pretty sure the club line was "We don't want to sell any players" which isn't the same as "we won't sell any players". A lot of people read those club statements and then interpreted them to fit their own views when things didn't work out the way they thought it would they wet the bed. My personal view was mopo and those players could have stayed if they wanted but chose not to hence my disappointment was directed at them not the club.

And Adkins, what about Pardew he actually won some silverware, Strachan got us to an FA cup final, Mopo got our best ever PL finish, Lowe built SMS, Wilde got rid of Lowe, Crouch got rid of Wilde, Barclay's bank got rid of the lot of them, not to mention Marcus should be up there......we're goning to need a bigger banner I am of course taking the ****

Or Saint Charlie a whole summer of telling everyone how bad the club was doing and how amazing everybody elses signings where.....

He won't sign a new contract and I can't see the club being happy just to let it run down so he can leave for free. Add to the fact we have no idea if he will ever come back as the same player he was before injury I think the club will see at as good sense to sell him.

yes he had clearly struck up a relationship with some of our longer serving players over the last few years (Lallana in particular) that made him come across as a little less than impartial at times.

Well I might have had the odd wobble, it was pretty gutting to watch so many players heading out the door, but in general I backed the board throughout this summer and feel pretty vindicated. The whole fire sale, asset stripping, new shoes for KL stuff was ****ing embarrassing for those involved. Just happy the window is now shut hopefully Saint Charlie will give it a rest now.

Good stuff. One hell off a summer but the club have come out the other side pretty well I think in all Boruc, J-rod and Morgan still saints and whole load of decent/exciting new players in a and some fringe players out on loan. Can we just give Jack a new contract now please

Excellent news especially Morgan I intend to enjoy his last season at saints...still don't think we will see much of Jrod this season and will need to flog up next year (or in Jan) or risk losing him on a free.

I think there are always some signings (not just saints) that don't get announced straight away I'll give it until lunch tomorrow before going into meltdown. FWIW I'm pretty sure Gaston wouldn't be loaned out if we didn't have a replacement sorted.....at least that's what I hope

He really doesn't need to be exceptional if Mane can manage to play a dozen full 90 minute games he will of contributed more than Gaston a player who seemingly becomes better the less he plays

I reckon Les will be ****ing himself to now he has off loaded bit part player, on high wages who will, most likely, spend more time in Hulls treatment room than on the pitch.

Most creative player who hardly ever plays. If he was a regular first teamer week in week out it would be different but despite his amazing creative flare we managed to survive most games last season without him.
