Put pepper/garlic down or INSIST your neighbour pay for some 'cat stayaway stuff'. We have 2 cats and I would happily do that for my neighbour if they asked me.

Surely accidents like this do happen? I have had to swerve loads of times when driving past there and my car has been hit by a ball, no big deal I didn't think (although there was no damage that I can remember).
