They're then invited every three years until the age of 49, and every five years from 50 to 64. If it attacked anyone after a clear smear from say just after 25 - they would be screwed.

That text is absolutely c r a p, being a female I know how often I have been requested/invited for a smear since I was 20. Being a bloke (one assumes) how the hell would you know?
