Doesn't seem any different to me. Wins are hard to come by in 2's and 3's for most unless you're a top 5 side and results are difficult to predict in the main. No one is completely cut adrift at the bottom and the title tends to go the very end. Seems like a very competative league to me and haven't seen anythin tangable from any poster on here as to why the standard of the league is "average" whatever that means.

It's brilliant that the club don't tell the fans the extent of the injury though krackers. Much better to have to rely on information leaked on the mongboard otherwise, whoever we are playing in 10 weeks time might be thinking of changing tactics or whatever!

Depends what you mean by tactics I guess. It's one thing the club having or developing a certain culture (which is what I think Lambert is getting at) and another for Adkins to get his tactical plan for each game handed to him with all the little diagrams on the whiteboard actually done by cortese or whoever

Non argument? Very arrogant post Ramirez was a left winger for Pernol and Bologna before he moved to a more central position. Him and lallana are actually similar in that sense, it wasn't that long ago that Lallana was playing in a more central position for us. They can both do a job central or wide. We don't play with out and out wingers anyway so I don't really know what you are talking about.

He didn't compare him to Holt, only in relation to them both being late starters in the premier league after doing well for so long in the lower leagues and that in the premier league you come up against different types players every week. If you take the Holt reference away, there is nothing there which is even remotely patronising or disrespectful.
