Didn't see the game today. From reading the match thread I came to the conclusion that the players are no longer playing for Adkins but then I changed my mind after reading some comments in the 2nd half. That's how it works around here right?

Just go this PM from Miltonroader... Some people live small lives in tall tower blocks in the poor part of town and dont like being wound up, I think it is hilarious really. Why can you see that he'd come here? A side from the obvious and lazy Italian link, why would we be interested in him and what would he bring which Adkins doesn't have. Adkins has achieved way more as a manager, it would be completely bizarre to get rid of Adkins and replace him with Di Canio

It's ticking all the boxes. Plus, he'd probably do something revolutionary like have a punch up with one of the players at the final whistle or sub Boruc or whoever after 10 mins and then tell the fans f*ck off. It's this type of passion which Adkins in lacking in which is why he's cost us 11 points this season.

I feel the tide had turned by the time Adkins made the subs. Had he not Adkins would be blamed for not changing it anyway, the writing was on the wall from about 55 mins. You're right though, been done to death so I'll have to have the last word on the matter ; )
