i have lost stone and a half since February, having also done my ACL and piled the pounds on post-op.
Well on the road to my usual only slightly chunky self!
Having the use of a free gym actually AT work has helped, can finish work, have a good workout and still be home for 7. Think if i had to go home, then go to the gym i would mostly just stay at home! X training with a monster hill to battle has helped (running too far still a bit dodgy, still got a tiny thigh!) followed by a good 15minute Row.
