Right i had a BB come to me today, its an 8820. When you press the pearl, it brings up a 'uo', and when you press the back button, a 'hl'. Seems very off, a bit online about it but no real fix other than 'send it back' but its out of warranty. Any ideas? I have hammered it with some compressed air but still no good
