Ok, got a laptop, Dell D420 running Vista, we use a web page for external users to login to Citrix externally, this requires Java to be installed for some components to correctly load, the D420 in question has Java installed on it, but the web page does not recognise it as being loaded, have tried removing Java and re-downloading, have tried older versions but the verdict is always the same. The web page is definatly running though as i can login through my own laptop. Any ideas before i wipe the bugger and start again?
