I don't really buy all this bedding in stuff. If you're a good enough manager you'll find a player who you feel can slot right in. AP knows what he needs and im sure he also knows who he needs. It's not going to be a squad overhaul by any means.

He did really well at Brighton and was then kicked out because they wanted Adams to get a go....what did Adams do? get them involved in a relegation battle and was sacked (he had a better squad at his disposal too) Stuart Murdoch is a v good appointment too, interesting that he's going to play part in our scouting system - he is another one who knows about this league.
