Funny how other sides aren’t so quick to sell their decent players. Granted most of them go eventually, but the priority at other clubs seems to be the first XI. I think a good few on here have been brainwashed that we have to sell our top talent asap.

I get that, but you have to build a side as well. If all you’re going to do is sell your best players at the first time of asking, what’s the point?

Get someone now. If Ramsdale comes back we have 2 decent keepers and Bazunu as back-up with a year left on his contract. AM out of contract so don’t renew. Or we sell Ramsdale, and get another keeper in as the reserve, with Bazunu as back-up. If we stick with Bazunu we won’t have to worry about Ramsdale coming back as we won’t be playing in the Premier League.

Would much rather sign the Stoke keeper than Ryan.

I would rather Edwards at CB and Bree/Sugawara at RB than Jack Stephens. Why does he keep playing Edwards RB while Capt Jack is on the pitch in do not know. My only hope is that it changes for the Brighton friendly and Wrexham but I won’t hold my breath.

I have fiercely criticised the scouting team, but Downs took his goal extremely well, so I hope my criticisms are unfounded. Not seen anything of Quarshie, Edwards looked quality at QPR. To be fair, I am wrong on a lot of things most of the time. Just ask my missus.
