Forwards - anticipate the crosses and make the necessary movement in the box. Don’t be afraid to have a shot. Tackle hard. Play percentage football when the ball is deep in our half. Midfielders, show for the ball and play on the half-turn instead of just giving it back. Anyone can do that. Too much emphasis on tactics now. Too many pundits with too much time to fill.
