Fantastic post, and explains why Eckert got the job instead of someone with more experience and stature in the game. To me, it looks like the Russell Martin players have too much influence. Why are we playing tippy-tappy again? Because it’s easy for some of the fucking lazy players on the pitch and Eckert hasn’t got the balls to upset them.
