I did my MA History for a year inbetween Uni and finally getting a job. Thing he has to think about is whether there is a point in forking out another couple of grand out of his own pocket (as you can't get a loan for it) if it is not going to further his job prospects.

This is like waiting for the worlds biggest root canal. You know on the drive to the dentist that soon there will be lots of pain and you just want to get it out of the way, but it just seems to drag and I think this sums up this season. In a way, I woiuldn't be too upset if we lost next week as it would mean the weeks of waiting and wondering will be over and we will be relegated. However if we win and results go our way, it will be yet ANOTHER week of me wishing the week away so I can go to the footy and try to extract some joy from the experience.
