  1. hahahaha brilliant! So.. The FL have said the Transfer Embargo will remain inplace until they can get a CVA signed. That means although they can sell players they can't sign ANYONE. That means all those out of conract (James,Rocha.Heriderson) and those offered improved contract CANNOT sign them until the embargo is lifted. If it's not lifted they will be left with whats left (they got rid of most of them by the way) of the youth team. now HMRC are goign to turn down the CVA as well as one other creditor, meaning they won't be getting the CVA signed. So they could (probably) be looking at -17 AND no players
  2. Storrie is in court today.. the Eyel Berkovic tax dodge this time...
  3. 25% doesn't matter. leeds were docked 17 points even though a CVA was agreed. HMRC refused to sign it and had less than 25% at the time...
  4. It's more interesting than out in the country side.... give you stuff to look at ... theres nothing worse than running for miles in a straightline with nothing to look at... Used to do that route you said myself... watch out down the Straight mile up the ampfield end... gets pretty dark there and the cars come flying round the corner there.. there an access road part way down... some nice houses... just watch out for scrotes hanging around the ford/railway crossing....
  5. If the shop is any good they should recomend you a pair of shoes that fit you, not within a specific price range. Make sure you go to a store that has a running machine and can measure your gait. My shoes are a pair of Asics and they cost 50 quid.
  6. STart off at the Hunters, up Briashfield road, down past hillers, back down the astraight mile to crampmore, turn left down crampmore lane after the straight mile, go over the ford and railway, up past stanbridge earls school, down the hill over the railway, cut up through bramble drive, in the bottom of the westering, up the hill to viney avenue, back along winchest road to braishfield road, cut down to cupernham lane, down the new road to the esso garage, hack down into romsey, back of the abbey, out through the centre, up botley road, down halterworty lane and finishup at the hunters. or use mapmyrun.com
  7. Nope, nothing's changed. Tree polen is my weakness, and that's already about.
  8. For pretty much my whole life (35 years) I have been plagued by hayfever. Badly. Not being able to go out, struggling to breath etc. Last year however it didn't seem as bad. This year there's been no sign of it. Normally it starts around mid May... I do know you can grow out of it, so i'm hoping that's the case!
  9. The FA fella joining is so blatantly obvious. My guess is that to get the parachute payments and retain their golden share the FA demanded a man on the inside who could check things out and make sure they were above board from now on. Why on earth else would the guy at the FA responsible for policing clubs end up running Pompey. The tax man will then investigate the historics at the club once its liquidated in october (or whenever). And a line will be drawn. I fully expect further points deductions. The FA guy in charge wont' start making stupid accusations or threatening legal action, the charges will be accepted (its probably him who brought them anyway), punishment met out and accepted. Job done. The creditors will probably get fcked over but I expect the sight of charges being applied to various members of the board will appease them slightly (the Tax man knows he has no chance of getting his cash back and wants some blood) Pompey will pay.
  10. 17th of July and -17 points... has a nice ring to it..
  11. Don't worry there WILL be a penalty. Look, this trick is just so they can go through the books forensically, looking for what they think isthere. Its much easier if the company is closed as you have a static company to work with, not one thats still trading and having money going in and out still.
  12. Very Injury Prone... VERY!
  13. Probably to increase their value. If you've got a player with 1 year left on his contract he's goign to cost less than a player with 3 years left. That's all it is, he's hoping that some of the promising youngsters fall for it... And theres a world of difference between a contract being offered and one being signed.
  14. It's just to try and increase the value of the club, that's all "Hey, look! buy us and you get a club in Europe!"
  15. They won't demand compensation because they can't. They havn't paid him his full wages and are in breach of contract, so he can walk away whenever he wants.
  16. My mate has Ali Dia on his shirt... always gets a laugh...
  17. Or the fact our record signing was Rory bloody Delap for £4m.... I can't be the only one who was wandering how the filth could outspend us regurly when they came up...
  18. Typical chain letter scaremongering ********... Only the simple fall for it...
  19. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/may/14/portsmouth-debt-administration-missing-funds Oh dear!! Loolks like AA is up to his old shenanigans ( oh what a suprise!) and massaging the debt to arrange the cva... And he's starting to be found out....
  20. On the positive you're probably odds on for a blow job on your honeymoon... Probably....
  21. It's going to be wishy washy stuff.. "So Azuagy, tell us what happened.." "Errr, it wasn't me..."
  22. I'm quite looking forward to the Football League getting their grubby little mits on the filth....
  23. Shouldn't think so. The parachute payments are there to help smooth out any problems from dropping down (ie players wages etc) If all your debts have been wiped out and all assets sold then you don't need your parachute payment.
