  1. Hmmm, what's Greg Halford up to!!?
  2. It's fine, in fact, it's really good for the engine as it cleans everything out, so you need to keep a spare fuel filter to hand as all the gunk that gets cleaned out may clog it up. Guy I work with does it and provides fuel for his friends. Works out around 60p a litre or something.
  3. Straight up the a23 you'll end up at palace(Croydon)..
  4. Was he wearing a flat cap???
  5. He won't walk.. although he did sound very ****ed off on Solent after the game...
  6. And it's not Paul is it??
  7. I don't think Charlton is in the zone is it??
  8. You can ignore that link, it's so wrong it's unbelievable.. all they seem to have done is take the figures provided by each company and directly compare them. The problem is that both devices are radically different in the way they work, so comparing say the ram speed between the two is utterly pointless as they use the ram in different ways. If you want to get a true idea of the differences and technical merits, you should check out the faceoff roundups on Eurogamer.
  9. It really depends on what you're after. If it's mainly for games, the 360 is undoubtedly the one to go for. It's cheaper. The multi format games are technically better on the xbox. Although the average man on the street would be hard pushed to tell the difference. things like (slightly) improved frame rate and less tearing, as well as full screen AA givethe 360 the edge (although the ps3 is more powerfull on paper in reality the way the 360 is designed i.e it's memory distribution makes it far more efficient and adaptable) Online for games is a smoother experience. It's still peer to peer gaming (with the odd game having dedicated servers) but the fact that you have to pay to play means it's far easier to ban cheaters/griefers etc. You just have to put up with anoying 12 year old yanks. The joypad is far superior on the 360 (except for the diabolical d pad!) The PS3, however is an excelent media station, although the 360 also offers this functionality it's so much easier on the ps3, the internal HD and the ability to upgrade it yourself comes in handy. I have both and to be honest don't really play game so either of them anymore...
  10. Possibly a bank error. Let the bank know as the sender will probably try to get it back. Just to let you know they can also demand interest from you (i.e what you earned on that money whilst it was in your account)
  11. ****ing hell! Are they still banging on about the fit and proper pesons test???
  12. just got back... good crowd, we played well.. ref was appaling and my god Brighton were DULL! Nice to watch Poyet throwing a mental for most of thegame... very animated that guy!

  14. Why should we want to? Why does everything have to be about claiming a moral high ground?? Torture is a fact. Its the interpretation of information gained under torture that's failed us in the past. People seeing what they want to see.
  15. ah, the good old 3 -1 scoreline makes a welcome return!
  16. If there's no club in existence its probably null and void.... covenants can be changed....
  17. Baloo has got to do a runner soon hans't he?
  18. It really throws into light their comments about how they were able to afford Lawrence etc, who more than doubled their wage limit.... basically, they can't.
  19. reading that.. "The victim was a member of the local professional boxing circuit and was accompanied by his friend, champion cage fighter Tom Watson. The pair had been with others at an event night in Wahoo bar in the High Street earlier in the evening where a re-run of Watson's recent victory with Alex Reid was shown" So not your run of the mill scrap then... don't tell me, one set giving it large, start mouthing off, blah blah blah, i'm harder than you, peopel start squaring up, punches thrown, someone ****ted with a bottle... 6 of one half a dozen of the other i'm guessing...
  20. Right, just about managed to shift the hangover.. thoughts on yesterday.. Bournemouth... ****e. Appart from the opening 2 mins I can't recal them really doing anything (mind you I couldn't even rememebr one of their players getting sent off!) Thought we looked good, passed the ball round well, could of had a hatfull of goals if their keeper hadn't been so good... he really kept them in the game.... Their fans.. no idea, I was plastered and didn't really hear them, even though I was sat in the Northam... Hot dogs were nice... Looking forward to work tomorrow ( I work in Bournemouth)

  22. The interim report comes out today... will show exactly how much the administration team has cost as well as cash flow, which apparantly is "tight"...
  23. Arch Bishop Desomnd Tutu?
