In the first half he was partly a victim of the system. We played with Romeu as a deep pivot and the other two midfielders fanning out either side. It meant Lemina wasn't on the ball too much to be a playmaker and also struggled to link with the forwards. As Shurlock said, when the game opened up in the second half and we were looking to attack more he was pretty decent. Frankly, it isn't going to help if any players are singled out for special treatment by the fans.

There was a chap at the back of block 135 working himself into a rage and running around screaming "c-unt!" at the rest of the crowd for not singing enough. It makes you wonder what sort of repression these people carry with them in everyday life that they become so enraged when their outlet is perceived as slightly sub-optimal.

The tourist types are annoying but so are the beered-up dinlows who haven't quite managed to transition from school playground to the real world.

I think that's harsh on Yoshida. He made a couple of excellent covering challenges in the first half. Obviously he's not as good as Fonte, Lovren, Alderweirald, Van **** etc. but I thought he was decent today.

I saw the Saints team going for a walk in London. Fact.

Tomorrow? Should be fine.

Davis is atrocious.

Taken in isolation it's a decent away 45 minutes. But we don't have the luxury anymore of being OK without getting a result. And as I type Long ruins the best chance of the match. FFS

He's not "disputing" it, he's questioning why Assad would have done it and raises the possibility that it was carried out by opposition forces to frame Assad. I believe this is sometimes referred to as a teleological fallacy. The notion that Mr X. wouldn't have done something because it wasn't in Mr X's best interests. He freely admits he doesn't have any evidence either way and he says that Russia "lies as a matter of policy". He dismisses the idea that a foreign nation state staged the attack as implausible. He simply urges caution and notes that sometimes the military and intelligence services come under political pressure. It's just a reasonably balanced, but ultimately uninformative, vignette.

They didn't either in the semi, if I remember rightly. Although we would have sold more if the criteria wasn't so anal. Maybe they had similar problems.

Have some respect man. R.I.P Windows. Lovely fella. I remember this time when he gave someone a lift. Absolute diamond. He was only a bit ****ed at the time too.

Leicester were constant beneficiaries of poor decisions when they won the league. The amount of fouling in their own box that Morgan and Huth got away with was astonishing. Plus Vardy's dives, Simpson's handball against us.... I don't think there is much in the way of a conscious bias towards big clubs. It's just that reffing is hard, some of them are crap at it and the authorities don't do a very good job of making their job easier.

You can be peeved that we've scored the same amount of goals as Burnley in 7th as well if you like!

If people are genuinely put out by the way this has been handled then they need to get on Twitter / email etc. and let the club know.

Hi! I'll be at the cup semi but can't make it to Leicester. I'm sure a lot of the NS will be at both. Not entirely sure where we're heading before the semi yet but send me a message if you're around.

Doesn't seem to matter viz the other semi, seeing as Man U have to play tonight whilst Spurs played yesterday. Spurs get 3 clear days rest then a home match. United get 2 clear days rest then an away game.
