We've had a week off and we've got a week until our next match so I'm hoping for a resounding full-throttle Tranny bottom-spanking. Sounds like Hammond is definitely still out so fingers crossed that Chaplow is fit. He really helps the strikers by making that extra presence in the oppo penalty area and obviously he'll give them (Tranny) a bit of a kick too. I want to see us give Tranny a good kick, as well as a bottom spanking. I wonder if Dickson and Harding will both play or will Punch keep his place? There has to be a fair element of doubt as to whether it was a fluke though. On the basis that Chambo's was a fluke, Lambert away to MK Dons has to be the best. To control a goalkick, turn and hit it into the opposite goal instantly takes skill, poise, vision and technique. Again, a goal out of nothing. Thomas' is without doubt the funniest for some reason. Honorable mentions to Schneiderlin (one goal FFS), Lallana and Barnard.

That's an interesting story but I don't think it is representative of anything much other than that otherwise highly unremarkable people are capable of acting heroically under pressure. I suppose it tells us that the unremarkable can quite easily, serendipitously, unwittingly, instinctively become remarkable. The "Trolly Dolly" is a moniker of the normal, the 99.9%.
