  1. Just back from game and i've finally had enough, plus i've got fookin manflu, Bah Humbug!! Yes we had more possession, played some pretty stuff which is totally useless unless there is an end result which there isn't. I'm fed up of hearing it!!!!!!!!!! Can't really be arsed to comment on players, it appears some tried their best and aren't good enough, others just went through the motions to receive their wage packet. Olly was at fault for first goal with a lazy pass? back to their winger who then lobbed it into the centre for an unmarked header, Kelvin was p!ssed at least there was some emotion there. Never handball for their penalty hence 3 or 4 booked straight after. After that plymouth took foot of gas and consequently we looked better, but still couldn't score in a brothel. Highlight of day apart from Ryan Smith who at least in the 2nd half tried taking on there fullback was Jan attempt of doing a martin o'neill impression over the penalty decision, oh thats right he didn't, the batteries and sensors on this muppet will not allow for any sudden movement. Well done to the 1000 or so saints fans there today, credit to the club again. Does anybody know why the 3 or 4 lads were escorted out of the ground, all at different times, strange? Oh well, Bring on Reading, can not see anything else than an embarrassing thumping, at least we will go down in style

  3. got my tickets but just wondered after last saturday how many more will be joining me, usual 750 i guess
  4. i'm not going to comment on the match, enough has been said about it already, but what i will say is hats off to the few hundred that travelled north again today. You're obviously loaded and extremely loyal or loaded and extremely stupid, either way with you guys singing away, we still have some pride left. Lets hope for some noise on saturday at home for a change and win the six pointer, because thats what it is!!!!!!!!!!!! How sad we are in a sixpointer even before xmas.
  5. Not sure about draw, on one hand its great, I can't wait, a world class squad (notice I didn't say team) probably a full house etc etc but on the other hand, ponder these: 1. WE PLAY BETTER AWAY. 2. Would you rather we get 45% of the receipts at SMS or OT, FA cup rules means 90% of gate is split equally between both teams, other 10% to FA. 3. Yes our youngsters will be up for it BUT will Jan be allowed to play them because they will become cup-tied,( loan players included in that as well as possible sellers) or if they do play and play like we know they can, end up being sold because the tie is so early in January and they'll be putting themselves in the window. 4. Man U get the whole of the Northam, our atmosphere will be blown to all areas of the ground and break up, which is a pity. 5. A draw would be good, because we get more money and an away trip to OT. 6. If we lose at least we have gone out to a top notch outfit, not Notts county, P'boro, Rotherham and Bristol Rovers to name just a few. 7. The smug look on rup's face as his wallet bulges. 8. Or am I being to negative and should I just enjoy the occasion come what may? Whatever happens I will be there as always. COYR's
  6. Forget the pub, GET yourselves down to SMS if you can, its not far. Make an atmosphere there with like minded people instead of a pub, lets face it we need as many as possible.
  7. All in all a good enjoyable day out in the yorkshire sunshine. But be under no illusions, were we poor for 90% of the game, a fluky own goal and two penalties. Which i think were fouls but then again i have seen then not given before. After the 1st goal we were trying to play some passing stuff but then ran out puff, Donny had a strong penalty claim and a goal disallowed for offside. But today was our day, we eventually had a slice of luck or a rub of the green and to be honest, about bloody time. Although nearly 1000 of us there we were strangely quiet. Ollie and KD played well, but they knew our weak link was James and picked on him accordingly. But eh! who cares we won so bring on Norwich, hopefully we'll get 12000 after this result.
  8. been told just under 900 sold, is that right, sounds to good to be true after recent results, well at least i won't be on my own
  9. thanks for the gen donnylee, much appreciated.
  10. driving up with kids in tow, not interested in boozer unfortunately, but best and safest place to park with kids in colours etc would be great
  11. straight from ticket ofice 5 mins ago, just over 700 sold, 3 coaches with names being taken for 4th
  12. This is what the rams forum is saying about our win: ""The visitors played out the final few minutes fairly unhindered and, although they must be pleased with the result and their performance, they surely won`t be troubling the top end of the table this season and this has to go down as another disappointing result or the Rams."" Oh really, lets hope the rest of the league think like that and we'll shock a few more.
  13. Just got back. Have to agree with all the comments above. We were just damn good all over the park for 93 minutes, yes Derby were worse than poor but we were really up for it, the tackling back as A TEAM when we lost possession was excellent. No point me scoring players as I think they all gave 110% Except: Only downside for me was Surman, still seems out of sorts, obviously doesn't like playing LB, lost the ball, wayward passes and got caught in possession to often. Even KB had a good one, he still gives me the willies when the ball comes anywhere near the box from corners, free kicks etc, but what some saves, class, get us in game, absolutely no doubt. Finally if only we had somebody who good stick the ball in the net, because after these 3 league games I believe we would be unbeaten.

  15. Lets not lose the faith. Think of this time last season and back then I thought it wouldn't get any better and it didn't. This year I honestly believe it will. I for one am going to derby and you never know, we might just surprise the doubters and derby. COYR's.
  16. Apparently its an absolute pig of a ground to get to and more importantly park, any ideas.
