Im shocked at these revelations. If he was medically retired by the police previously Im assuming he got a generous pension and payment. hes allowed to join another police force 18months later and no doubt was allowed to keep his pension etc Has he duped the previous police force and if so he may well have commtted a fruadulent acitivity. Did he disclose his past medical history to the new medical adviser . if not then he should be sacked . if he did then clearly due dilligence was not undertaken during the second recruitment process. Well the Derbyshire Police are now involved an are speaking with the original poster of the tweet re Choc Ice possible racist comment made against Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole is being investigated by Derbyshire Police. A Twitter user, believed to be from Derbyshire, referred to Mr Cole as a "choc ice" on the social networking site over the weekend. Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand then replied: "I hear you fella! Choc ice is classic hahahahahaha!!" A Derbyshire Police spokeswoman said the force had received complaints "regarding alleged racist comments". "These concerns will be fully investigated to establish whether any criminal offences have been committed," the spokeswoman added. Derbyshire Police confirmed the original "choc ice" tweet was being investigated, not Mr Ferdinand's reply. So its alright for Ferdinand to say it . Its okay The law is such an ass

The use of the term Choc Ice is a derogatory term and racist. I did a cousre a few years back re racial stereo type comments Choc Ice was one such term and refers to somone who is half caste and or an afro carribean making derogatory comments by referring to their asian ethnicity Both ferdinand and cole are both out of order. Ferdinand for saying it and cole for finding it funny Both should stop being Tw**s and set a better example
