I'm an optimist to Minty. I didn't like the branfoot era but stood by the team and manager . It's easy to be drawn into ultra negativity matters . But I will support the team even if they are losing 5-0 . I have been taught to give encouragement to various teams I have coached over the years . I was saddened when an individual refers to NA as burley mk2. I remember a game at the Dell when we won 5-0 the game Richard Hall got injured . There were those that were slagging off the team even when we were winning then having ago at Richard Hall be taken off . But while slagging off players and managers is part of the modern game I will not subscribe to that sort of behaviour
