There probably is a threat of some kind. What I cannot underatnd why it took the UK 24 hours later after the americans issued a warning. Mind you the other day when I was in Brussels. I went to an outdoor concert in the central square anf this North african (Algerian) turned up and stood extremely close to a number of lasses . really close, had a back pack on. and kept taking out three different mobiles. from the straps on the front of the back pack. He was very nervous to say the least There was something about his demenour that did seem right. and he certainly appeared to be sweating and very twitchy For a few minutes I was very concerned. that he was either about to pick pocket someone or press abutton. you dont stand that close to someone unless you are inside their clothes. I descretely took a photo of him at which point he quickly disappeared. Much to my relief. I didnt thing much more after it until I was back home and these warniung were given. At the end of the day this guy probably was nervous at being at a large gathering and not knowing anyone. It was a great gig by the two groups who performed
