He ain't seen anything yet. It's just going to get worse from now on and we're not even in the Champions League.
-
Only 10 minutes but take a look at how Spurs are playing. It's Saints 1 year ago. And their supporters are really loud and ours were poor today.
-
Thoroughly agree with you Darren. He doesn't trust the youngsters as did Atkins and Povhettino who both used Shaw and Prowsey against Man City home and away. Wasn't Man City away Prowsey's debut game in the Premier League?
-
Our attempts on goal were better after half time when Schneiderlin went off. Maybe he's not so good afterall? We have to believe or the next 6 weeks are going to be hell on earth.
-
Karma is catching up with our ridiculing Liverpool, Lallana and Lovren.
-
Should never have unsettled defense by moving Toby forward. Pochettino and Atkins trusted Shaw and Prowsey and got a point or two. Why didn't Koeman use Target or Reed?

Adam Blackmore @bigadamsport 8m8 minutes ago For the record @jackcork1 is missing from the #saintsfc squad today because of illness
-
We need to work on alternative cornering in a way to draw out the opposition and flip the ball back into the goal area or making a direct kick on goal.
-
If weither Mané or Tadic get injured I'd prefer they bring on Target and move Bertrand up onto the wing than bring on Long

Disgraceful. Jack Cork is not involve at all. Grrrr!!!

Calum Chambers says he owes a lot to Saints and the Academy http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2014/11/29/arsenals-calum-chambers-i-owe-a-lot-to-southampton/

The answer is that it comes from an interview Morgan gave this week with FIFA.COM Here is the original interview and article http://www.fifa.com/world-match-centre/nationalleagues/nationalleague=england-premier-league-2000000000/news/newsid/248/069/7/index.html?intcmp=fifacom_hp_module_news Now we are able to see what exactly Morgan said and how happy he is at Saints and with Koeman. Such remarks were omited from other articles to stir up old rumours and cause troubles

Well now Arsenal in right in the mix over Morgan's failed move http://www.caughtoffside.com/2014/11/29/tottenham-target-claims-arsenal-prevented-white-hart-lane-switch/ And yet another twist in Morgan's latest outburst on that failoed move http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2014/11/29/midfielder-gives-key-reason-he-did-not-move-to-tottenham-last-su/

To be fair to myself I originally wrote "Morgan blames Chambers Departure" but removed departure as not reading well ans requiring more added. My opening sentence reads. " Morgan is quoted on FIFA as blaming Chambers move on his own move being stopped"
-
It's quite obvious you didn't read the full article and only read the quoted Morgan text which is part of the article. It was not I who made the title but the writer of the article on "insidefootball.com" I quoted the text and whenever I post, folk are on here asked for an actual quote from a player/manager

Morgan is quoted on FIFA as blaming Chambers move on his own move being stopped. Doesn't let go on his wanting a move elsewhere!! http://www.insidefutbol.com/2014/11/29/calum-chambers-sale-stopped-my-move-tottenham-target-morgan-schneiderlin-on-southampton-stay/174064/ "Lots of people told me that if I left, it would be the straw that broke the camel’s back, especially as Calum Chambers’ transfer had gone down very badly indeed", he told FIFA. "That was when the club realised that it had to stop, because the fans were already quite angry. "One player doesn’t make a team, but by not letting me leave, the club was sending out a strong signal that it was still in control", the France midfielder added. Schneiderlin is still keen on turning out for a bigger club however, with playing in the Champions League a burning ambition which has only grown with regular call-ups to the France squad. "When I play for France, I rub shoulders with players who represent Real Madrid and other big-name clubs, and so it goes without saying that I would also like to experience the UEFA Champions League and suchlike. I’m 25 right now and I still haven’t played in it."

This is a clip of the King of all Saints Defectors from way back in 1987. First time I've ever seen it after The Sports Bar announced their own cover to be released to raise cash for the Great Ormond Children's Hospital. Haven't stopped p i ss ing myself laughing Glenda Hoddle and Chris Waddle singing Diamond Lights [video=youtube;1KEMMfV5-Qg]

After the Villa game Morgan posted a photo of several of the lads on the way home. Myself I commented below. "What big fingers you have Morgan!" (I had noticed his fingers were as long as Grazziano, who is on the left of the image.) This evening, to my surprise I got notification Morgan had replied to my comment. Morgan Schneiderlin " I like to finger many *****es, ye." (b i t c h e s) 30 minutes ago Not the reference to women one would expect from him. Guess he'd had a glass or two of wine.

I would like to see Bertrand and Targett playing together, with the opportunity of interchanging. For me this would provide the best opportunity for Matt to learn from Bertrand's experience. A suspension for Scheiderlin might just open a re-organisation and such a move on the left whilst Cork comes in on the right together with Wanyama in the central role.
-
Sadly I don't think Koeman will be like previous managers and give guys like Targett and others the fast road to the first team. We no longer seem as keen to sign British players. I guess like Chelsea it's the price of Champions League. At least the contract ensures we'll get a decent price for him if other clubs come sniffing. I'd like to wish Matt every success as he's definitely got a big future ahead of him.

Poch didn't look too happy at the final whistle despite Spurs qualifying. Bang goes his holiday breaks.

Wasn't Jeremy Thorpe, the Liberal leader involved in some sordid scandal in the 70's.
